Boston Five demonstration is held.

Some 2,000 supporters demonstrate of antiwar activists Rev. William Sloane Coffin Jr., Michael Ferber, Mitchell Goodman, Marcus Raskin, and Dr. Benjamin Spock gather on Boston Common for five hours on the day that the Boston Five are sentenced for their antiwar activities at Federal Court in Post Office Square.
